The Little Seed is opening its gates from 10am to noon on Sunday, March 8 for community members to wander around at their leisure and discover the many examples of how each of the permaculture principles have been applied. A guided tour will start at 10.30am if you’d like to hear about some of the hidden secrets behind this productive system.

The property is an excellent demonstration of the productivity that can be achieved through permaculture design, even on a south facing landscape at 43 degrees.
The host, Penny Milburn, has been a teacher of Certificate IV in Permaculture for TAFE NSW since 2011, and has delivered many workshops at The Little Seed including Introduction to Permaculture, Organic Orchard Care, Building Healthy Soils, Spring Garden Planning and Strawbale Building.

There is a playground for children to play within the fenced garden area, however please be aware that there is an unfenced dam nearby.

No dogs please.
